The teaching
Twenty-two years of holding himself together — and then Yosef simply couldn't anymore.
The Torah says he could not hold back. Not wouldn't. Couldn't. The Egyptians heard his cry through palace walls.
In Tai Chi we call this sung — not collapse, but the release of false holding. The body letting go of what it was never meant to carry.
Stand now. One long exhale. Let your shoulders fall — heavy cloth sliding off a hanger.
Yosef's tears didn't break him. They broke through him. And healed what no strategy ever could.
Release isn't weakness. It's how we become real.
