The teaching
You're going to suffer either way. The question is which kind.
Bechukotai lays it out plainly: walk in alignment — rain comes, peace comes, abundance comes. Fight the grain of reality — exile, collapse. Sounds like threat. It's physics.
Stand with locked knees, braced shoulders — agony. Soften the joints, release downward, let the skeleton do what it was built to do — power without force. Something opens.
The curses aren't punishment. They're what resistance feels like over time. The blessings aren't rewards. They're alignment.
Right now — soften your jaw. Drop your shoulders one inch. That's what it means to walk in the way.
