The teaching
The wilderness has no walls — so you must become your own structure.
In Bamidbar, Hashem counts every Israelite by name. Not to reduce them to numbers — to root each soul in position. The wilderness is formless until you know exactly where you stand.
This is the standing practice. Plant your feet. Sink your weight. Nothing moves yet — but everything is alive with potential. The stillness isn't emptiness. It's placement.
Hashem doesn't count you to shrink you. He counts you because without your position held, the entire formation collapses.
You have a place. Find it. Hold it.
