The teaching
Moshe didn't drop the tablets. He shattered them.
In Ki Tisa, seeing the Golden Calf, Moshe breaks the luchot — written by God's own hand. The Talmud says God thanked him. Because rigidity cannot hold revelation. The second tablets came with Oral Torah — living, flexible, shaped by human hands.
In Tai Chi, we call this song — conscious release of unnecessary tension. Not collapse. Aliveness.
Try it now. Clench your fist. Hold until your forearm trembles. Now open slowly. Feel that? That's not weakness. That's the body remembering itself.
The broken tablets were kept in the Ark beside the whole ones. Return begins where perfection ends.
