The teaching
Your posture is a garment you never take off.
In Parshat Tetzaveh, Aharon cannot enter the sanctuary without eight precise garments — worn for honor and splendor. They don't create his holiness. They make the invisible visible.
The released quality in Tai Chi works the same way. It doesn't manufacture something new. It reveals what tension was hiding.
Drop your shoulders. Let the spine lengthen without force. The chest opens through surrender, not effort.
How you carry yourself is sacred service. Tetzaveh teaches that. Stand in your structure. Let what is already holy be seen.
