The teaching
Vayikra describes tzara'at — not infection, but consequence made visible. Harmful speech creates tension so deep the body can no longer conceal it. Your flesh becomes the witness.
Tai chi teaches sung — deep release, total surrender of held tension. Scan yourself right now. Jaw clenched. Shoulders lifted. Gut braced. These are unsaid words. Swallowed resentments. The body never lies about what the mouth refuses to speak.
So soften your jaw. Exhale completely. Let the body release what it was never meant to carry.
That release — that is where healing begins.
